Orcas Island and the San Juans 2012

Overall vacation rating: 10 for quality cousin and family time. An ocean view and my favorite place I've been to so far secures the 10 rating. :) Average temperature: 64 degrees. Average WATER temperature: 48 degrees. Favorite memory: Swimming in the freezing cold water on the day before we left, and riding the ferry to Friday Harbor.

Orcas Island: The best place on Earth!!!

During the last two weeks of summer I went to Orcas Island. It is a awesome island in the San Juans. (those are of the coast of Anacortez in Washington.) It seems like you drive forever, but its worth it. I went with The Cox's: Emma, Ellie, and Charlotte, Ms. Erika and Mr. Ryan. My mom and dad and my sister.
